Riff White Oak wood is avant-garde and the rave nowadays, and is the wood for the dining and kitchen cabinets, entry cabinets, half bath and entry. Both bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms have cabinets inn vertical grain fir to match their respective doors.

The sellers added a wood ceiling in the living room to create an indoor-outdoor, outdoor-indoor experience The gas fireplace was redone with etched basalt stone.

The carpet and the stairs railing were replaced throughout the townhome. All the vents and fans were replaced.

All furniture was custom designed and custom-made for the space so that all pieces fit perfectly. All rugs were custom made for the areas.

The sellers designed and had a custom-built TV/AV cabinet along with a matching buffet with a honed black granite top (matching the bar top).

The coffee table, the dining table and the entry bench and entry shelf are custom-made live edge with Hawaiian Tropical Ash wood. For the latter, the sellers selected the wood slabs themselves in the San Francisco Bay Area and had the pieces made with their specified dimensions and shipped to Big Sky.

The sofa is an Eilerson Sofa made in Denmark.
