Ryan’s team of professionals saved us so much money and time. They provided the 3D tour that essentially sold our home to out of town buyers who were confident enough to make an offer using the virtual tour without actually doing a walk through. It not only enabled us to get a pool of buyers from expensive real estate markets increasing the competition for our home but did so without the inconvenience associated with preparing the house for extra showings (HUGE!!!). Upon buying our new home in Gallatin Gateway Sarah did the interior work with amazing precision and professionalism. Eric did the exterior areal work with a technical expertise that is exceptional. The work they did was stitched together to create digital files that have saved us thousands with our architect who is modelling alterations to our main house. In addition we are using the information for insurance reviews and claims documentation. The areal work was also great for our landscape architect to create a site plan, complete with contours. For kicks we are having a solid model of our home made using a 3D printer to show what the house looked like before and after our additions. Basically, this is cool technology that is provided by a cool team with lots of Charisma and integrity. From our perspective there is substantial value here.

Photographer did not shoot the house well and I ended up not using any of the photos.I thought it would have been fair to use the outside images (that were shot with the wrong lens) until they came back and were reshot. They wanted me to pay for the whole thing for place holders until the entire property was shot with the right lens.There was an argument about what these were worth and I just couldn’t pay for something that was of better quality ( which were shot by saul and great last year)Will have to go to someone else. Really disappointed with the constant texting by hnim and whining about how I feel about these photos. This company has really taken things personally and it’s looking very unprofessional. You’re the winner Saul… you keep training photographers to shoot like this and people will notice.
